We have our balance sheets audited by KPMG since 2011 with the objective of verifying the accuracy of accounting records and financial statements.

We value integrity, transparency, and accountability in relations with our audiences. In order to promote an organizational culture according to our ethical principles and values, we have developed an Integrity Program. The goal is to prevent and detect criminal or illegal conduct, compliance with laws and national and foreign regulations in force.
For this, we have our Integrity Channel, an open line of communication with our audiences, to collect reports of irregular practices or fraud of any nature, such as non-compliance with laws and regulations, moral and sexual harassment, nepotism, situations of conflict of interest, improper changes of financial data, misuse of the Santa Colomba brand, among others.
