    Young Apprentice

    To train and promote the professional development of young people, we employ apprentices on our model farm in the cities of Rosario and Barreira (both in Bahia). This initiative is carried out in partnership with the National Rural Learning Service (SENAR) and the Bahian Association of Cotton Producers (Abapa). The Young Apprentice program provides rural vocational training as agricultural supervisor and training for entry into the labor market.

    Leaders Academy

    To develop skills and techniques aimed at the strategic management of the teams, in 2019 we launched the Santa Colomba Leadership Academy.

    The program holds meetings aimed at our leaders on a constant learning trail, with the aim of strengthening the company's culture.

    Disabled People

    In partnerships with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) and other institutions that respect collective and individual freedoms for the hiring of rehabilitated people, we promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in our teams. Through search and incentive campaigns, we build and ensure the possibility of entering the professional market or resuming work in functions compatible with the rehabilitation process.

    Partnership with Technical Schools

    We encourage the entry into Santa Colomba of recent graduates in the Agricultural and Industrial technical courses. In partnership with the Guanambi Campus (BA) of the Federal Institute of Bahia, we are part of our professional teams that are entering the labor market as trainees, encouraging them to grow in their areas of interest.

    Recognition Program

    In order to reinforce our organizational culture and practice daily the pillar of Teamwork and Recognition, our Recognition Program recognizes, bimonthly, all professionals who stood out during the period.
